Course Access, Refund, and Enrollment Policies
1. Course Access (Online Programs)
Following successful enrollment and payment, students will receive access to their online course through the MasterMinds Real Estate Academy learning portal. Students may begin their course at any time within the access period allowed by the applicable state regulatory agency.
The course availability period will be provided in the student’s enrollment confirmation email. If you need clarification regarding your course access period, please contact MasterMinds Real Estate Academy Administration for assistance.
2. Course Access Extension
Course access begins on the date of purchase.
Access periods are typically determined by state regulatory guidelines governing real estate education programs. The expiration date for your course will be displayed within your online student dashboard.
Students who require additional time to complete their course may request a course extension by contacting the administration before the expiration date.

Approved extensions may require an additional administrative fee.
Tuition, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
3. Pre-License and Post-License Classroom Courses
Refunds are not available after the first session of any classroom course.
For the purposes of this policy:
For courses that include textbooks or instructional materials:
If materials are returned in used condition, the cost of materials will be deducted from any eligible refund.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled course start date.
Students may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the class start time without penalty.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without providing 24 hours prior notice ("no-show") will forfeit their refund eligibility.
However, the student will receive a class credit valid for one (1) year from the original payment date.
4. Online Courses and Practice Exams
Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of digital content:
Online courses and practice exams will expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
5. Course Transfers
Transfers between courses or class schedules must be approved by the administration.
If a transfer request is made after a course has begun, an administrative transfer fee may apply.
Time spent in one course cannot be transferred or credited toward another course.
Additional shipping charges may apply for course materials sent outside the Continental United States.
6. Continuing Education and One-Day Courses
For courses scheduled for less than 15 hours:
Students may cancel or reschedule prior to the start of class without penalty.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without prior notice forfeit their refund eligibility but will receive a class credit valid for one (1) year from the payment date.
7. Exam Preparation (Cram) Courses
All cram course purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued once the student has received course materials or course access.
Students may cancel or reschedule prior to the start of the class without penalty.
Cram course tuition is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
8. Bookstore Purchases
All bookstore purchases are final sale.
This includes but is not limited to:
Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within ten (10) days of purchase.
A check returned by the student’s bank for any reason will result in a returned check service charge.
Shipping Policy
All physical materials will be shipped as promptly as possible, typically within 3–5 business days after payment processing and order confirmation.
Standard shipping is conducted via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee:
Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received by 12:40 PM Eastern Time to qualify for next business day processing.
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in a course offered by MasterMinds Real Estate Academy, LLC, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including all tuition, refund, and course access policies.
